Delaney is a sweet, shy and goofy dog. She is about a year old and 37 pounds. She is housetrained to use a dog door and loves nothing more than attention, love, walks (she is decent on a leash - pulls a little) and playing with her cat friends. She has an adorable personality once she gets over being shy. She will army/low crawl to you when she feels like being more adorable than usual. She is still a puppy so will steal things (blankets and pillows mostly as she takes them to the backyard to create a bed area) and has been known to chew but that seems to have stopped.
She is great with dogs, cats, older kids and people. Small children scare her and she hides as they are loud and move fast. She has never snapped at any but she never really warmed up to the 2 year old she was living with at her foster house.
KRR was notified of a pack of stray dogs that had a run in with a porcupine and didn't fare so well. The good Sam that was feeding them reached out for help. They were caught and taken to the vet for quill removal (under anesthesia of course). DeLaney is just as sweet as she can be. I really have no idea what breed mix she is. She is shy at first but warms up quickly. She has probably been lose in the country since she was a pup. She's a kissy happy girl that wants a home to call her own where she will never have to wonder where her next meal is coming from and never has to hunt for her own food. She is up-to-date on everything and ready for you!
