Schooner wandered onto the rescue property early this year. He got along fine with the ranch dogs and made himself at home. He was shy at first until he knew he was safe. Schooner is a lover. Just sweet as he can be. And he loves to run! And run! And run! He is absolutely gorgeous all stretched out in a full run around the property. Unfortunately, he lost that privilege when he started killing the resident chickens! So no chickens or small to medium farm animals. It is simply husky nature to hunt so he's just doing what is natural. He does ok on a leash. Rides great in a car. Gives hugs. He is eager to please and would love a home and family of his own who will teach him all the good stuff about being a family. Apply at www.krrtx.org/forms
